Sue Watts

Sue Watts is a dynamic leader, skilled in ITO, BPO, Network/Telephony, and App Development. With diverse experience spanning the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific, she's excelled in roles across finance, business transformation, HR, and sales. In 2021, Sue joined the SaaS start-up, Sapience Analytics, as President, focusing on sharpening their market presence. Previously, she held significant positions at Capgemini, initially as CEO of Americas Outsourcing and later as Executive Vice President, addressing challenges from acquisition integrations to pandemic responses. Sue also served as the COO of Business Process at Xerox, managing a vast $4.9Bn BPO portfolio. Her board membership at HCI Group, a Florida-based insurance company, underscores her business acumen. Early roles at Orange and Unisys showcased her talent for transforming underperforming sectors into growth engines. Academically, she holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS from Indiana University, with the added distinction of being a scholarship basketball player. Today, Sue splits her time between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Chicago.
