Brian Soderholm

Brian is part of the Innova Solutions Executive Leadership Team and is the Chief Revenue Officer HireGenics and Volt Staffing. He began as one of the initial founders of HireGenics in 2010 and helped grow the business from a new division to more than $500M in annual revenue. Brian has over three decades of experience leading workforce management and staffing companies. He is responsible for the overall revenue and profitability growth of HireGenics and Volt, with combined revenues of $1.3 billion. Before HireGenics and Volt, Brian worked at Chimes Inc. and Bartech. He built sales teams that sold Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs of more than $6B in spend under management to sixty of the largest enterprise organizations in the world. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. As a recognized complex solution sales leader in the staffing industry, Brian brings a unique understanding of the sales process required when selling complex solutions that consistently drive a lower total cost of ownership for his customers.
