Her career has spanned global Talent Acquisition leadership, program development, operational excellence, change management, and workforce strategy. Today, Cassie serves as Head of Contingent Workforce at iRhythm Technologies, where she leads the development of the company’s global contingent workforce program, with a focus on scalable processes, governance, compliance, technology, analytics, vendor strategy, and the overall workforce experience. Prior to moving into contingent workforce leadership, she led Global Talent Acquisition at iRhythm, including building its international talent acquisition function and operating model. Throughout her career, Cassie has been passionate about transforming how organizations attract, engage, and manage talent, bringing together people, process, technology, and strong cross-functional partnerships to create sustainable business impact.
