Cecilia O. Elias is a passionate and motivated Program and certified Project Manager with 25+ years of experience in the Telecom Industry. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/ Pre-Law, and a Master's of Business Administration Degree, specializing in Management. Cecilia began her career as a Wireless Billing Specialist at the local market level and was promoted to several Corporate positions over the years (Training Facilitator, Billing Operations, Billing System Conversions, Strategic Planning Architecture, IT Project Management, etc...) She learned that her niche talent wasn't in a specific area of Telecom, but her ability to continuously improve processes, drive efficiencies and savings, and deliver successful projects in a wide area of corporate initiatives. For the past four years, Cecilia has been dedicated to streamlining the GTS Third Party Labor Program at Verizon, a relatively new area of focus for her, ensuring Verizon is sourcing labor efficiently, with the appropriate level of talent, and at the right price to fulfill commitments. She has enjoyed her latest challenge, which further enhances her overall business acumen in Telecom Operations, and she is looking forward to additional opportunities that enable her to continue to learn and grow in her professional career.
