Gemma is an experienced sales strategy and growth specialist across total talent management solutions. Having worked for the last 16 years across APAC, Gemma specializes in sales and customer success, having managed a large portfolio of global customers across both contingent workforce programs and total talent management solutions. Gemma has recently moved to the US to lead the SimplifyVMS global sales team. Gemma’s passion is helping businesses find solutions to help drive productivity, operational efficiencies and engagement strategies across their contingent workforce and vendor management processes. Gemma holds a Double Degree in Education and Pyschology, as well as being a graduate from Melbourne Business School.
