Geoff leads Intuitive’s global contingent workforce strategy, risk and planning and has over 30 years of “gig economy” experience in both the staffing, MSP and RPO sectors as well as talent consulting on the future workforce at EY. Geoff was the Chief Solutions Officer at Workforce Logic where he guided the client base through talent planning, legislative preparedness, contingent workforce sourcing, technology selection and integration as well as alignment of DE&I goals with their external staffing providers. He was the host of “The Deep End – Conversations in the Global Talent Pool” which allowed him to interview global thought leaders and practitioners on the changing landscape of talent attraction and retention. Geoff hold certification from SIA as a CCWP and SHRM SCP and a Master’s Degree in Labor Studies from UMASS Amherst. He became intrigued in Human Resources as an Intern with the MA Commission Against Discrimination.
