At Network, JB leads enterprise sales initiatives for the company's purpose-built VMS platform designed specifically for shift-based workforces.Prior to joining Network, JB held key positions at SAP Fieldglass, where he spent 13 years building capability across marketing, partnerships and sales. His more recent roles at Beamery and Glider.AI have further enhanced his expertise in workforce technology. JB is passionate about helping organizations solve human capital challenges, guiding Fortune 500 companies to better engage and manage both flexible labor and direct employees.
