Program performance is generally measured at an agency level, but an agency is only as good as the recruiters on its team. With turnover high among agency recruiters, and patience short with hiring managers, many programs set themselves up for failure by using measures to evaluate performance that inadvertently exclude the best recruiters for the job.
In this session, Jim will share Scout Marketplace data on recruiter performance and its impact on program performance. The session will focus on techniques to measure recruiter performance and the advantage companies can gain in areas such as candidate experience, time to fill and even gender equity.
