He is focused on optimizing vendor partnerships, implementing supplier scorecards, and driving initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency. Josh brings nearly 20 years of experience in non-employee labor management, with a background spanning both the buyer and supplier sides of the industry. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, he served as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with the 115th Fighter Wing of the U.S. Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and operational discipline.
