Kristian Rayner

Kristian Rayner is Director of Enterprise Sales at MBO Partners. He has become a trusted advisor to leading global firms, helping them build and enhance their extended workforce programs. In 2023, Kristian was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40 list for his achievements. Prior to joining MBO in 2018, he held SaaS sales leadership roles responsible for acquiring leading Professional Services and F500 customers. Additionally, he founded a tech start-up and held several project management leadership roles across tech, travel, and healthcare industries. Originally from the UK, he now lives in Virginia with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, Kristian is heavily involved in his local soccer community as a coach and player, as well as being an avid Formula 1 fan.
