Contingent Workforce Management Direct Sourcing and Vendor Management Leader Deloitte

Melissa Barfell has worked at Deloitte for the past 17 years focused on Talent Acquisition. She currently leads the Direct Sourcing & Vendor Management team within Deloitte’s US Contingent Workforce Management team. Melissa has led the marketing strategy to elevate our brand as a strategic sourcing channel. During her time supporting Talent Acquisition, Melissa has been involved in campus recruiting, technology implementations, and numerous other projects focused on the Evolving Workforce. Melissa attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate degree (Go Jawhawks!) and currently resides just outside of Chicago with her husband and three children.
