Melissa Furnas

Melissa L Furnas  is Supervisor, Talent Acquisition for ConocoPhillips. She leads an operations team responsible for Contiguous U.S. and Canada recruiting & staffing.

Furnas began her career with ConocoPhillips in 2008 as a Sr. Recruiter. She has held various H.R. positions in the company. 

A native of Bartlesville, OK  Furnas earned a bachelor of arts degree in Marketing from the University of Tulsa.
