This year, ProcureCon is breaking the mold. In partnership with Proof of Concept, we’re excited to introduce the AI Collaboration Lab! A first-of-its-kind, live innovation experience designed to show how artificial intelligence can transform procurement and workforce challenges.

Unlike traditional sessions, the AI Collaboration Lab is an open, interactive space where attendees don’t just listen, they participate.

• Crowdsource the Challenge: During the opening session, the audience will vote on a set of contingent workforce problems. The selected challenge will guide the Lab’s sprint.
• Co-Create in Real Time: Throughout the conference, attendees can drop into the Lab to share insights, test ideas, and contribute to a collaborative prototype-building process.
• Go from Idea to Prototype: Leveraging Proof of Concept’s sprint methodology, the Lab team will synthesize input, build an AI-enabled prototype overnight, and refine it with attendee feedback in real time.
• Reveal the Solution: At the close of ProcureCon, we’ll showcase the prototype; a tangible solution co-created by the procurement community.
