Michael Tedesco serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at The Judge Group. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology and staffing industries, Michael is passionate about leveraging innovative solutions to help organizations secure the talent and services essential to maintaining a competitive edge. In his role, he oversees sales, delivery, and the continued growth of Judge’s global IT talent services. Throughout his 23-year tenure with the company, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Judge’s sales operations and strengthening both its domestic and international client portfolio. Michael joined The Judge Group in 2003 as a Senior Account Executive, combining his interest in technology with his staffing expertise. Early in his career at Judge, he distinguished himself by implementing a straightforward, quality-focused account management process that drove significant new business within the Philadelphia market. In 2010, Michael was selected to lead the launch of a new Philadelphia branch—an office that, under his leadership, grew from an emerging location into one of the company’s largest IT staffing operations within just three years. Known for fostering teams of passionate, self motivated professionals with strong work ethics and a competitive spirit, Michael often references his favorite quote: “Being successful is neither an art nor a science—it’s a practice.” Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from DeSales University in Pennsylvania. He resides in the Greater Philadelphia area with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys riding snowmobiles and ATVs, or spending downtime at the beach in Wildwood, New Jersey.
