Mollie Stark has over 22+ years within recruiting, operations, vendor management, contingent workforce management and strategic workforce planning. Mollie has created leading programs at Deloitte US such as the Talent Temporary Workforce model and preferred vendor program. Mollie has focused on the contingent workforce for the last 12 years. She has scaled an innovative, enterprise-wide strategy for Deloitte US and key business leaders by driving a multi-channel approach which now includes IC management, SOW, Direct Sourcing and 3rd Party suppliers. She currently leads the US CWM Delivery team which supports all of Deloitte US commercial businesses: Audit and Assurance, Consulting, Enabling Areas, Risk and Financial Advisory, and Tax. Mollie resides outside of Chicago, IL with her husband and two children.
