Monica Lucero has over 18+ yrs of managing workforce solutions across all aspects of the contingent workforce spectrum: MSP, VMS, 1099 and Staff Augmentation. She currently leads Deloitte US Contingent Workforce Management team that supports all the commercial businesses - Consulting, Tax, Audit, Advisory and Enabling Areas in US and India. As part of the Talent Acquisition organization, her focus is on driving towards a total talent management strategy to serve all businesses with an omni-channel delivery model that includes - Direct Sourcing, 3rd Party Suppliers, SOW and IC Management. Prior to Deloitte, she held business development and account management roles where she led deployments of contingent workforce solutions, global program expansions and program optimization for her clients across Media & Entertainment, Technology, Health Care, Financial Services and Government sectors. Special highlights included assessing early pioneer online marketplaces, FMS based partnerships and usage of AI as part of the recruiting/matching process. In 2018, she also served on CTA’s 21st Century Workforce Council that focused on how to drive Apprenticeship programs to fill the technical gaps in the US labor market and assess future workforce trends impacting all industries. Monica resides with her family in McLean, VA.
