Paul Bilodeau

Filtered Founder, Paul Bilodeau, began his career as a technical recruiter for a leading recruitment firm in Boston. Early on, he recognized the industry was full of inefficiencies, bias, poor experiences, and missed opportunity. To address some of these issues, Paul created one of the first video interviewing platforms in 2010, which ultimately planted the seed that would become Filtered. Two years later, he co-founded a data science consulting company and built an internal skills assessment tool to ensure candidate authentication/verification and technical aptitude for consistent, high-quality, accurate placements. The extensive benefits of the technologies were quickly recognized and Filtered was established in 2018 in response to continuous interest in licensing the product. Today, Filtered has evolved into a full end-to-end technical hiring platform, revolutionizing full-time and contingent workforce strategies and helping companies change the way they source, assess, and hire technical talent in a digitally-fueled world.
