Shannon McMackin

Having a powerful passion in “Connecting People in Meaningful Work” as the Raise Recruiting vision embodies, Shannon McMackin leverages over 17 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry. Her career has evolved within multiple strategic and tactical initiatives, including recruiting operations, delivery programming, and championing women in the workforce. She is currently advancing Managed Direct Sourcing at Raise which she feels is the disruptive force in staffing that is happening right now. Her unwavering belief is that in order to create successful partnerships with MSP providers and clients, transparency and honesty are core values for realizing that success. When Shannon unplugs from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and can usually be found at the cottage with them enjoying the sunshine in the summer.
