Slava Smirnikhin is Global Category Head for Third Party Labor at A.P. Moller-Maersk, where he leads the global strategy for contingent workforce and staffing services across Maersk's logistics and warehousing operations across the globe. He is responsible for supplier management, category strategy, and the design and rollout of Maersk's external workforce management operating model, including its global VMS implementation. With more than 15 years in procurement and category management, he specialises in third party labor, supplier performance management and workforce technology. A recognised voice in the contingent workforce community, Slava has been named an SIA Game Changer and speaks regularly at leading industry events, including the SIA CWS Summit and ProcureCon. He is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
