Taylor Wallinger is the Manager of Global Extended Workforce at Pure Storage, where Taylor leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of the company’s extended workforce program worldwide. Drawing on experience across supplier, managed service provider (MSP), and buyer environments, Taylor brings a holistic, 360-degree view of contingent workforce management to every conversation. Taylor began her career on the supplier side in hospitality and operations before moving into the MSP space, partnering with several global technology brands to mature and scale their contingent workforce programs. Across these roles, Taylor has led end-to-end implementations of workforce management technology, expanded programs into new regions, and built the processes and infrastructure needed to support large, complex non-employee populations. Most recently, Taylor has focused on helping enterprise organizations elevate contingent workforce from a purely operational function to a strategic lever—using data, governance, and thoughtful stakeholder management to create programs that are compliant, scalable, and user-centric.
