Tres Garza is the Head of Talent Acquisition for Toyota Motors North America. Over the last 17 years, he has led recruiting efforts and held leadership roles at Chase, Citi, Capital One and Santander, before transitioning to Toyota in December 2021. At Toyota, Tres oversees transformation across multiple Talent Acquisition functions while leading teams tasked with sourcing and recruiting for roles across North America. He also sits on the Customer Advisory Board for Magnit, where he collaborates with industry leaders on strategy building. Tres earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a minor in Marketing from Baylor University. He currently lives in Frisco, TX and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his wife and two children.
