While leading Global Payroll initiatives, Arpit and his team also focus ondesigning, developing, and deploying custom SaaS HCM solutions to enhance process utilizations and automation along with providing daily operational support for thousands of users world-wide.

Arpit infuses a business-delivery perspective into all deliverables from change management to solution delivery strategies to ensure business initiatives and programs align for optimal results. Arpit has vast experience in full IT life cycles and project methodologies along with expertise in planning, configuring, integrating, and testing industry leading solutions.
