Bori is a Ph.D. candidate in Work and Organizations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Her research explores individual experiences at the work-nonwork interface (e.g., spillover), implications of managerial time use, and the relationship between networking behaviors and reemployment outcomes for unemployed job seekers. Bori is developing her dissertation on the predictors and outcomes of freelancers’ control over work and she looks forward to diving into this topic together with Contingent Staffing 2018 attendees!
