Emily D. Campion is an Assistant Professor in Management at Old Dominion University. Her research focuses include the future of work (e.g., freelancers, co-working, gig economy), recruitment and selection methods, and career development. She also works as a consultant for public and private organizations. Prior to academia, she was a daily reporter in Indiana and teacher in Washington, D.C. She has her Ph.D. in Organization and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo.
