Henry Murphy

Henry Murphy III is Sr. Manager, Global Sourcing & Procurement Contingent Labor & HR for Shire (formerly Baxalta). He has been active in the areas of Contingent Labor and HR procurement for over 15 years. His international experience includes developing successful global Contingent Labor and HR procurement programs for many of the top fortune 100 companies, including Allstate Insurance, United Airlines, Zurich Financial, and most recently Tyson Foods.

Mr. Murphy is also President of Relational Procurement Management Inc., which provides consulting services to organizations around the areas of effective supplier relationship management, cross-functional team dynamics and building global procurement functions. He has been a frequent contributor to industry conferences and publications on the topic.
