Director, Alternative Workforce NetApp
I’ve been in the contingent workforce space since 2003, starting as an onsite manager for Venturi Staffing at Levi Strauss. Over the years, I’ve worked across staffing, MSP, and the buyer side, gaining a 360° perspective of the industry. My passion lies in building best-in-class contingent workforce management programs that balance Quality, Efficiency, Cost, and Risk. Having managed large-scale global CW programs from both the vendor and buyer perspectives, I understand the business objectives and challenges on each side of the table. I deeply value my professional network—many of whom have played a significant role in shaping and evolving contingent workforce management both within their organizations and across the industry. I’m always happy to share ideas, insights, and best practices—so feel free to reach out or send me a connection request. I still have plenty to learn, but I’m always willing to share what I know. 🤝 Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors with my husband and our two boys (ages 16 and 11) — whether we’re riding dirt bikes, boating, wake surfing, skiing, or simply enjoying the moment with a bougie coffee ☕ or a crafted cocktail 🍸 in hand. Life’s best moments are spent sharing laughs with our friends and family. ❤️

11:30 AM The AI Collaboration Lab Finale: From Collective Insights to Live Innovation

This year, ProcureCon is breaking the mold by partnering with Proof of Concept to launch the AI Collaboration Lab—an interactive, first-of-its-kind innovation experience where attendees move beyond passive listening to actively co-create an AI-enabled solution to a real contingent workforce challenge. The community will crowdsource the problem during the opening session, contribute insights and ideas throughout the event, and work with the Lab team as they build and refine a prototype in real time, culminating in a live reveal during the conference finale. This collaboration reflects a shared mission to turn AI from abstract theory into practical, actionable tools that drive procurement transformation.

    • Experience AI-in-action through a live prototype built from attendee input.
    • Participate directly in shaping a solution to a real workforce challenge.
    • See how AI can move procurement from ideas to execution, fast.

1:10 PM Panel: Beyond Staffing: Transformative Sourcing Models for Enhanced Value, Cost, and Satisfaction

Attendees will learn how leading procurement teams are reimagining their contingent workforce strategies, implementing newer models, and navigating the challenges of change for sustainable workforce success.

    Takeaways
