Jimmy Iannuzzi

Jimmy Iannuzzi leads nTech Workforce's operations, overseeing HR, Talent Delivery, and Marketing & Growth. He's focused on streamlining hiring, empowering companies to build strong teams and achieve their goals. He drives nTech Workforce's award-winning staff augmentation programs, including recent successful launches in India.

Since joining nTech Workforce in 2012 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jimmy has steadily advanced, managing talent acquisition, building a client relations department, and becoming VP & General Manager in 2019. He leads collaboratively, valuing team input and delivering results.

Jimmy's expertise is in developing talent acquisition strategies that free managers to focus on core responsibilities. He's passionate about industry trends and helping companies leverage a global workforce effectively.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys Philly and WVU sports, coffee, and family travel. He serves on the board of South Harbor Renaissance, a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Baltimore, MD.
