Katie Bussey is the President of IMS Oneworld which specializes in Branded Talent Community Solutions that transform Direct Sourcing and RPO strategies for Enterprise Clients. She has 22 years of experience in the staffing industry, spending the last 17 years dedicated to the MSP/VMS space delivering and managing complex workforce solutions.

Katie recognizes the value of having a one-stop-shop MSP/VMS solution for enterprises to manage their labor, but acknowledges this solution has a gap. In today’s world of technology, candidates are choosing to engage differently with companies to find their next career. She is fiercely passionate about optimizing the MSP/VMS value chain by building a solution that delivers Branded Talent Communities to integrate directly with an enterprise’s existing MSP/VMS solution. Katie exited the MSP/VMS space in December 2019 to build a new division under IMS Group, a global workforce solutions company established in 2006.

Katie realized she would need a robust technology platform to ensure her vision, and after a comprehensive vetting process, it became clear that WorkLLama was the obvious choice. Their strategic vision and next-level user-experience was the perfect compliment to IMS Oneworld’s service offering.
