Kelly Clarkson

Kelly has over 10 years’ experience in the staffing industry, with the last 5 years focused within IT staffing and operations. She recently joined UST as the Contingent Program Manager responsible for managing and developing USTs contingent workforce program along with the Program Director. Prior to joining UST, Kelly supported IT staffing efforts from the supplier/vendor side serving as a Client Delivery Program Manager and managing recruiting and account teams, her achievements are measured and marked by significant revenue growth and consistent upward trends during her time. Additionally, Kelly started her career within Human Resources that significantly paved the path and led her here today by gaining experience and knowledge of the back office operations managing and developing a multitude of processes, procedures, compliance and strategic initiatives for staffing organizations.
