Patrick is the Global Sourcing leader for Subcontract Services (Technical Services & Complementary Workforce) in support of IBM's general and services procurement business. His responsibilities include creation, execution and ownership of the global sourcing strategy across all IBM Business Units with responsibility for >$5B in annual global spend spanning 90 countries and 30 languages.
