Rebecca Valladares

Rebecca Valladares is Head of Operations for Opptly. A dynamic leader with more than two decades of experience within the workforce solutions industry, Rebecca has held roles spanning Staffing, Corporate Recruitment, MSP, RPO, and EOR organizations. Her unique perspective has earned her opportunities to lead large-scale business transformation projects, implement highly complex, global extended workforce programs, and nurture relationships with some of the world’s foremost companies. In her current role, Rebecca is responsible for leading the Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure the full value of the Opptly technology is realized. Alongside her team, she strives to push the boundaries of AI utilization and understanding within the workforce solutions industry. As a member of the executive leadership team, she collaborates on roadmap development with a focus on user-experience to ensure Opptly delivers an efficient, scalable solution. Rebecca believes strongly in the importance of continuous improvement, both in people and process. She is an active learner and a charter member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals. Rebecca is a graduate of Stonybrook University and currently resides in Rochester, NY with her husband and four children.
