Sharon Schank holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the Vendor Management System (VMS) space. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with prominent organizations, including FirstEnergy, L-Brands, and DHL, where she led a team of six professionals.

At DHL, Sharon played a pivotal role in the transition from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program to a self-managed program, which resulted in significant cost savings of nearly $1 million in the last fiscal year. Her expertise also extends to her contributions as a member of the Beeline Advisory Committee, where she provided valuable insights and guidance on VMS best practices.

Sharon is passionate about optimizing workforce management strategies and is eager to connect with other enterprises considering the transition to a self-managed program.
