In this working group, participants will explore the fundamental values that drive successful contingent staffing programs. Through guided discussions and collaborative exercises, attendees will identify the core principles that align with their organization's mission, and how to embed these values into every aspect of their staffing strategies.  

Goal: The goal is to help participants redefine and solidify the core values of their programs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and enhancing the program's overall impact.
