Stacy McCarthy

Stacy began her career in the Contingent Workforce industry in 2008 as a Recruiter at a top staffing supplier. In 2010, Stacy accepted a role with GE Transportation to pursue the opportunity to build and pilot their Contingent Workforce Program which she continued to manage until 2017 when she accepted a position with PayPal as the Americas Program Manager. At that time, PayPal was in the early planning stages of their Global Expansion & Optimization. Over the next 15 months Stacy was a key partner in the design and development of the global program and team as well as the ensuing training and change management to the broader organization. Her role in that expansion was a key driver in her promotion to Global Program Manager in 2019. Since then she has focused on building efficiencies and automations in order to create scalability for her team as the program has seen a 40% growth since it’s Go-Live in 2018. Stacy is passionate about leading and developing her team, providing space for upskilling and growth, both personal and professional. Stacy is now the Director of Contingent Workforce Services and has been awarded the Key Leadership Award from PayPal in 2021. She is supported by an amazing global team of 29 employees/contractors that continually work to ensure a best in class program! Stacy lives in Phoenix, AZ has 3 children in addition to her “favorite children” (her dogs Finn & Archie). She enjoys golf, reading, traveling, crafts and spending time with friends & family, usually over great food and drinks!
