Thes Spivey has had a 25+ year career in business operations and for the last 7 years has specialized in Contingent Worker Programs. She is now the Global Contingent Sourcing Lead for Coca-Cola, As the leader of the Contingent Worker COE & CW Process Product Owner, she also stays busy with cross-functional worker onboarding and tracking initiatives. She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Thes holds two SIA certifications and was awarded two Game Changer recognitions. She's excited about trends toward Freelancer management and Total Talent Acquisition, as well as any initiatives that ultimately reduce friction in the end-to-end requisition process.
