Victor M. Waycuilis is the Director of Professional & Managed Services within Cox Communications Inc.’s Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement organization. In this role, he leads the sourcing strategy, contract & commercial negotiations, and supplier governance for Corporate Professional Services, IT Managed Services, and Third-Party Labor across the entire Cox enterprise, which includes Cox Automotive Inc. (CAI), Cox Communications Inc. (CCI), and Cox Enterprises Inc. (CEI). Prior to joining Cox, Victor held various leadership roles across multiple industries, with a focus on driving business value through strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, supplier governance and risk management, business process outsourcing and reengineering, and IT solution delivery. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, riding motorcycles, and cooking at home.
