Winnie is the CEO and founder of Apt. Apt is a woman-owned staffing and consulting firm that specializes in IT and IT-adjacent talent. After years of working in the IT Staffing industry, a purpose-filled vision propelled her to start her own firm. She wanted to create a company where employees thrive, not merely survive. She also wanted to have more flexibility in meeting clients’ ever-evolving needs. And lastly, she wanted to give 10% of profits to make a difference through causes that matter the most to our clients, employees, and communities. That’s why Apt’s core purpose is to “Make a difference. No, but really.”
